2. Product Customization

• Cakes are handcrafted and may vary slightly in appearance from images shown.
• Customization requests will be honored to the best of our ability, but exact replication cannot be guaranteed.

3. Pricing & Payment

We do not sell or trade your personal data. Information may be shared only with:

• Prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Payment must be completed at the time of order through secure gateways.
• We do not store card or sensitive payment details.

4. Delivery & Shipping

• Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details.
• Non-delivery due to incorrect address, restricted access, or recipient unavailability will be considered Successfully Delivered.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations requested more than 48 hours prior to delivery are eligible for a Store Credit Voucher.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery are not eligible for refund or credit.
• Monetary refunds (cash/bank transfers) are not offered.

6. Privacy & Security

• We take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure.
• In the absence of negligence on our part, Upper Crust cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to data you provide when accessing or ordering from our platform.

• All content, images, and branding on the Upper Crust platform are the property of Upper Crust and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Upper Crust shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions).

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
